What we’re about
Shuang’s Kitchen is a one-woman vegan noodle kitchen. Everything is cooked in small batches at home each morning, carried into Glasgow, and handed over where we agree to meet — a fixed collection point, or a starred spot in the city centre. No shop, no waste, bring your own fork.
